Fine Lines & Wrinkles

Getting older is a fact of life, but it doesn’t have to be a bad thing. As you get older your skin starts to lose its elasticity and collagen in the face, causing fine lines and wrinkles.

You can feel self-conscious about how you look as you age, especially if you’re not used to having visible signs of aging on your skin. This can affect your confidence at work or in social situations where people are paying attention to how old everyone looks.

Our array of fine lines and wrinkle treatment products are designed with patented ingredients that help reduce the appearance of deep wrinkles by stimulating natural collagen production in the skin – this helps make them appear smoother and more youthful looking without invasive surgeries or injections. Our product line includes serums, creams, gels, lotions for both men and women who want a non-invasive way to fight premature aging caused by environmental factors such as sun exposure or stress.

FAQS

Wrinkles and fine lines are two different expressions that appear when we age. Wrinkles appear when the skin's natural collagen and elastic fibers in our body begin to break down. Underneath these visibly sunken areas, new collagen begins to build up in an attempt to rebuild the lost volume of the original skin structure. This is a natural process that is part of our skin's regenerative process and actually helps us to heal quickly from small cuts and wounds. It is a natural response by the skin to keep itself young and firm at any cost, even if it means sacrificing some more elastic fibers.

Fine lines can appear anywhere on the face but are more visible on dryer areas such as around the eyes and mouth.Fine lines are much finer than wrinkles and their cause is more complicated. Our skin surface is made up of several layers, the epidermis (the outermost layer) and the dermis (the middle layer). The dermis contains collagen that provides elasticity to our skin. Underneath the dermis are subcutaneous fat cells that are responsible for giving our skin volume. As we age, the collagen in the dermis layer becomes thinner and there is a decrease in the amount of subcutaneous fat cells present. This causes fine lines to appear around our eyes, lips, near the nose and on other areas where wrinkles are often found.

Wrinkles are a natural part of the aging process. With age our skin no longer produces collagen and elastin at the same rate making it harder to maintain that youthful smoothness. Some common factors leading to wrinkles are sun damage, smoking, stress, poor diet etc.

All these factors will accelerate the deterioration of collagen and elastin in our body.

The only way to treat fine lines and wrinkles is with anti-aging or restorative skin care products. There are many treatments in the market but they all fall into two main types:

  1. 1) Anti-wrinkle creams, Gels & Serums: Anti–wrinkle creams, gels and serums are specially formulated to treat fine lines and wrinkles. The ingredients work on the surface of the skin to reduce their appearance.
  2. Botox injections:  Botox injections work by paralyzing the muscles in the face that cause wrinkles and fine lines. Both treatments will temporarily make you look younger and more refreshed but they can only be used for short periods of time before the effects wear off. If you stop using the product or treatment, time will take its natural course and you will start to look older than before.
